Tonight isn't meant to be a special occasion. You aren't expecting to make some kind of memory of a lifetime on your second date with Taylor — you're just getting ready to leave for casual dinner outing between two people who are pretty fond of each other. That's all there is to it.
Why, then, is it so hard to pick an outfit for the night? Why do none of the options feel like the right one?
Heart on Your Sleeve is a feel-good visual novel about how self-image can affect interactions with others. It offers a number of choices for a split-route experience, each revealing something more about the relationship between the protagonist and Taylor, as well as exploring concerns about comfort, appearance and the insecurities that accompany them.
Made for SuNoFes 2021.

Short but toothrottingly sweet
really cute story, taylor's design is so cute and i liked how the players gender is left ambiguous and that taylor uses they/them. i always appreciate games like this, especially with how cute the art style is.

I am sobbing, why is this so cute???? I've never been on a date before but I've read and watched it happen, and I love how you portray those pre-date nerves where we panic, hate ourselves, yet do our best for the date. I love how the different outfits all have different endings, so far I've done one but I gotta say I adore the incentive to try things out. Not only that, goddamn I love how adorkable Taylor is, knowing MC isn't just the only nervous one here, and seeing how Taylor treats MC is so damn cute. I absolutely love the atmosphere the two of them have!

Hello! The android versión seems to have a weird error, the text box is white insted of black, and the letters are also white, so there's almost no contrast between the colors and I can't really read anything.

this is so cute, i was reminded of my partner and now im just, sitting, thinking about them,
I liked this a lot- the colours and music, the way it's written and just everything!!
Oh and I don't know if this was intentional but I like how you use they/them pronouns on Taylor,, it feels more "including" to the player, I hope u understand what I mean T_T Either way this was so lovely thank you all for making this game!!

I LOVE THIS GAME!! the art and colors are so gorgeous and the writing omg i am filled with romantic feelings... this type of stuff is my weakness... it's so sweet. wow. i played a bunch of the outfit routes and they were all EXTREMELY CUTE!! the music was so relaxing too... what a wonderful game!! thank you all for making it! <3
